Really great customer service. I called them Saturday morning around 9:30 for a water tank repair/replacement. Dispatcher (Penny) was very helpful and even called back with ETA. The technician (Chance) arrived around 2, gave us repair options as well as replacement, we choose replacement. He had a new installed before 6 pm.

Central are the Great Communicators. They actually CALL with reminders prior, and on the day before service they check in to see if the schedule still works for you. Then the morning of service, Trystin called when he arrived. When he completed our service check up, he explained everything thoroughly and in terms I understood. Excellent!

Adam and Kyle installed a new furnace. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Central Heating responded to our need for a new furnace after ours quit working. We were able to buy and have a new furnace installed in a very timely matter. Thanks to all the service workers who helped us from diagnosing the problem with our old furnace to buying and installing a new one.

Adam first of all called and asked if I wanted a coffee before he got here to do the estimate. Blew my mind that such customer service was above and beyond anything I could have thought. Gave me a couple rough estimates on adding air conditioning and suggested I have an electrician come out to check and see if power box needed to be updated or fuse box updated. Adam was top notch and was trying to save me some money before prices increased. Great employee for Central Heating & Cooling

Highly recommend. We just did a diagnostic and Matthew was amazing give him a raise! I was so surprised to find out he was one of the newer guys on the crew, he was incredibly knowledgeable and even gave us pointers on how to take care of our electric furnace. He set us in the right direction of figuring out what was wrong with our heating system and we are so grateful! Thanks!!

Jeff was professional and considerate. He came into the house, and when he was told a baby was sleeping, he did his best to be quiet. When he found the problem, he had it up and running in under 10 minutes. The service call price was going to be $121.00. I asked about maintenance checks and service. He said it would be $199 for the maintenance check. I told them I would have to schedule another time for them to do that. He then told me. He had the time, and he could put the service call under maintenance, only charging $199. I was willing to pay only $79.00 more. I was like, absolutely. $199.00 now, versus $121.00 now and $199.00 later - what a deal. Thanks, Jeff.

Conner is a professional and did an excellent job in all aspects of the several electrical services we needed (dedicated circuit, new sub-panel/removal of old panel, emergency generator hookup, etc.). He worked with us on a few options, provided separate quotes, answered all our questions clearly and didn't push us to do things we didn't need to do. He was punctual, respectful of our property during the installation and cleaned up well after himself. He spent the time to walk through the details of what he did and how to switch everything over when running on a generator.
The Central back office team also did an amazing job scheduling, communicating and notifying us of what and when to expect services to be performed. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to move my job up on the schedule by a week+ due to a cancellation.
I have been a customer of Central for several years and they have routinely been reliable and reasonably priced for the high level of service they provide. I recommend them highly if you want the job done right the first time.

Josh from Central Heating and Cooling was fantastic! He performed maintenance on my older furnace and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and even made a few helpful suggestions for keeping things running smoothly—without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. These guys are awesome... My furnace went out in the middle of October. They worked extra hard to get me in as soon as possible. This is a busy time for them. I only was without heat for 3 days and luckily the weather had not yet gotten cold. Plus I had portable heaters and they offered to give me some if I needed them. They showed up early and worked all day long tearing out the old furnace and then putting in the new furnace making sure I had heat by the end of that day. On top of it they left my basement cleaner than it was when they first got here. Also I had an ancient old water heater that have been sitting down there for 5 years because I couldn't get it out and they hauled that thing out for me. Got to love these guys they were the best Good personalities too. I highly highly recommend them. Is there a 50 star review cuz if there was that's what I would give them.

Have used these guys for a few projects. Their electricians are decent but I would strongly suggest you do not use them for anything plumbing related.
These photos are of the shower they installed in my house and this is probably the single worst “professional” job I have ever seen done.
Very sloppy caulking, pics are taken AFTER they came to fix their first caulk job which failed after a few weeks and is already failing again just a few weeks after coming to “fix” it.
Large gaps between the drywall they cut and the edge of the shower they installed. Nothing is plumb or square.
They installed one of the walls in the wrong place, reinstalled it and did a terrible job of patching the holes.
Honestly, a total hack job and I am not pleased with the finished product.
That being said, their customer service is good and they are pretty timely with communication in my experience.

Hopefully they invest some time training these guys better so that their future customers don’t experience what I have experienced with using this company for their plumbing services.

After two years of attempting to resolve a problem with snow melt Heat Tape, I located Central on the web and took a gamble by scheduling an appt. Alas, the expertise they have as electricians and in the adjacent heat tape products, was excellent. They diagnosed the problem quickly, set a strategy to resolve it, then when their electrician (Richie) returned to do the work, he was on time, professional, communicative, friendly, and most importantly, did quality work. I strongly recommend the electrical team at Central.

The technician was on time and very courteous. He helped me understand exactly what was needed, and the expense that we would incur for an extensive repair, explained the process for getting parts and let me know when I could expect the work to be completed. These guys have tons of 5* reviews for a reason! They are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I called on a Friday with some plumbing needs. Not only did they fit me in same day, they stayed late to complete the install of a new water conditioner system. I’m so glad I decided to call them and was able to work with the guys at Central!

I contacted Central Heating for some work I needed done after finding them on Google. Richie did an amazing job installing the necessary electrical needed and installing a new ceiling fan for us. Really stellar service. Richie is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely rely on his expertise in the future. I always use licensed and insured contractors and I’m very impressed with Central Heating. Had another rep come out and give us a free quote to replace our heating and add air conditioning. Steve was very thorough and explained the process very well. While he was under our house, he saw a water leak we didn’t know about. It was repaired the next day by Chance and Josh. Again great service. I really liked being able to have one contact for repairs. I’ll definitely be using Central Heating again!

Connor and his assistant Vander were both superb, Very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, and explained everything very clearly. They wore paper covers over their shoes to keep my floor clean. I’d definitely use them again for any of my electrical requirements. Got a service call about 4-5 hours after I initially called the company. Btw, I had my smoke detector swapped out. Difficult because it was about 18 feet above the ground in my great room.

We had a string of power outlets in our 1994 home lose power unexpectedly. Some on the circuit worked, some did not. I could not find the break on my own, so I called in the experts. Connor quickly found the broken wire. In repairing, he did not rewire it like typical house wiring, but did pigtails like in commercial construction. This problem should never come back. But if it does, repairs are much quicker and easier wired the way he did it. Experienced journeyman electricians are great to have when you need one!

Originally scheduled later in the week Central called and said they could come that day in about an hour. Josh arrived on time, courteous and professional. He told me what he was planning to do, working from a detailed checklist. After completion he detailed the inspection and presented me with a paper copy. He also gave me generous coupons towards any future work. All in all Josh is a gentleman and excellent technician.

Joel and Eric are terrific! They quickly diagnosed the electrical issue we were having and fixed it. We also discussed additional work we would like to do in the future. I've had Central to my property three times over the past 5 years and they have always been very knowledgeable, efficient, and answer all of my questions. This time the technician, Trystin, in addition to quickly replacing a faulty part on my furnace also found that the appliance had been wired incorrectly when it was originally installed 20 years ago (and no, they didn't do the install.) After a few changes, all of the elements are working now and the air coming out of the registers is 15 degrees warmer. The furnace doesn't run nearly as long as it used to so the savings on my electric bill will pay for the work done by the end of winter.
The point of this story is that they don't just change parts or try to sell you unnecessary components/service....they really know how to do things right.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We are very happy with the tune-up we received on our Hvac system. A full service evaluation was completed, and a gas pressure issue was found that caused our furnace to fault at a high limit. The fault was corrected, and our furnace is now operating the way it should. Trystin and his assistant provided great customer service. We would highly recommend Central.

Made the mistake of leaving the electrician alone in my home now 2 years later looking into what was done by him im seeing he basically ripped me off charged me $1100 for 4 outlets to be installed and didn't even finish the job. We had some concrete grinding done in the basement and Josh quickly figured out it was causing the filter to get clogged quickly shutting the furnace off. Replaced the filter, recommended a duct cleaning and didn’t charge us. Stayed 45 minutes to make sure the furnace wouldn’t shut off again.

Conner did a fantastic job on fixing our 30 amp breaker so we could use our new dryer.
He went above beyond that By rejuvenating all the Wiring in both electrical boxes. Not only was the 30 amp breaker for the dryer burnt up. We also had many other loose wires which he tighten down.
We really feel much better about our electrical panels for our house now… It could’ve been a real problem.

Contacted Central about a furnace issue that also set off our smoke detectors when the furnace began startup. They were concerned, responsive and helpful and provided immediate support. Since January of this year Central HCP&E has been involved in the updating of our 60+year old home. We've had a minisplit installed and plumbing tuned up for my Mom's apartment. In June we had a new furnace installed in the house-best time to do it is when you aren't freezing. Most recently Joel Z. added additional amp service to the house, and installed an exterior outlet for our camper. He was instrumental in how some construction was done in our yard-working out the "where" and "when", and always cheery. In the next few months we'll be going after a new bathroom! There's always something! Everyone we've worked with, from the first phone call to Joel, as the last face of Central I've seen, have been fabulous to work with!!! Thank you.

My furnace didn't start the other morning and I was so thankful someone was able to come that same afternoon. They gave me a call when he was on his way and he was here promptly. He got it started after vacuuming out some of the tubes and my place warmed up quickly. It was counted as my maintenance visit so didn't cost. Great.

Josh, Denver, and Austin were very professional and knew the boiler problem inside out. They hooked the water for my cast iron tube which we can now take a bath in our own bathroom and not the other bathroom. It took a day for the boiler but we are back into hot water, no pun intended. These guys were GREAT!!! No time wasted, got right to the job of digging out a shut off value 3 feet down. Realized a rock was wedged in the pipe, got it out with a clothes hanger (genius) and saved me over $1,000.
In parts and labor!! Brought a cover box with them so the pipe is now well protected.
They THINK BEFORE they come and have the parts needed. Very nice, personable, let you know they are on their way. Experience counts when it comes to plumbing and heating!

Adam first of all called and asked if I wanted a coffee before he got here to do the estimate. Blew my mind that such customer service was above and beyond anything I could have thought. Gave me a couple rough estimates on adding air conditioning and suggested I have an electrician come out to check and see if power box needed to be updated or fuse box updated. Jeff was professional and considerate. He came into the house, and when he was told a baby was sleeping, he did his best to be quiet. When he found the problem, he had it up and running in under 10 minutes. The service call price was going to be $121.00. I asked about maintenance checks and service. He said it would be $199 for the maintenance check. I told them I would have to schedule another time for them to do that. He then told me. He had the time, and he could put the service call under maintenance, only charging $199. I was willing to pay only $79.00 more. I was like, absolutely. $199.00 now, versus $121.00 now and $199.00 later - what a deal. Thanks, Jeff.

Conner is a professional and did an excellent job in all aspects of the several electrical services we needed (dedicated circuit, new sub-panel/removal of old panel, emergency generator hookup, etc.). He worked with us on a few options, provided separate quotes, answered all our questions clearly and didn't push us to do things we didn't need to do. He was punctual, respectful of our property during the installation and cleaned up well after himself. He spent the time to walk through the details of what he did and how to switch everything over when running on a generator.

These guys are awesome... My furnace went out in the middle of October. They worked extra hard to get me in as soon as possible. This is a busy time for them. I only was without heat for 3 days and luckily the weather had not yet gotten cold. Plus I had portable heaters and they offered to give me some if I needed them. They showed up early and worked all day long tearing out the old furnace and then putting in the new furnace making sure I had heat by the end of that day. On top of it they left my basement cleaner than it was when they first got here. Also I had an ancient old water heater that have been sitting down there for 5 years because I couldn't get it out and they hauled that thing out for me. Got to love these guys they were the best Good personalities too. I highly highly recommend them. Is there a 50 star review cuz if there was that's what I would give them.

Have used these guys for a few projects. Their electricians are decent but I would strongly suggest you do not use them for anything plumbing related.
These photos are of the shower they installed in my house and this is probably the single worst “professional” job I have ever seen done.
Very sloppy caulking, pics are taken AFTER they came to fix their first caulk job which failed after a few weeks and is already failing again just a few weeks after coming to “fix” it.
Large gaps between the drywall they cut and the edge of the shower they installed. Nothing is plumb or square.
They installed one of the walls in the wrong place, reinstalled it and did a terrible job of patching the holes.
Honestly, a total hack job and I am not pleased with the finished product.
That being said, their customer service is good and they are pretty timely with communication in my experience.

After two years of attempting to resolve a problem with snow melt Heat Tape, I located Central on the web and took a gamble by scheduling an appt. Alas, the expertise they have as electricians and in the adjacent heat tape products, was excellent. They diagnosed the problem quickly, set a strategy to resolve it, then when their electrician (Richie) returned to do the work, he was on time, professional, communicative, friendly, and most importantly, did quality work. I contacted Central Heating for some work I needed done after finding them on Google. Richie did an amazing job installing the necessary electrical needed and installing a new ceiling fan for us. Really stellar service. Richie is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely rely on his expertise in the future. I always use licensed and insured contractors and I’m very impressed with Central Heating. Had another rep come out and give us a free quote to replace our heating and add air conditioning. Steve was very thorough and explained the process very well. While he was under our house, he saw a water leak we didn’t know about. It was repaired the next day by Chance and Josh. Again great service. I really liked being able to have one contact for repairs. I’ll definitely be using Central Heating again!

I’d definitely use them again for any of my electrical requirements. Got a service call about 4-5 hours after I initially called the company. Btw, I had my smoke detector swapped out. We had a string of power outlets in our 1994 home lose power unexpectedly. Some on the circuit worked, some did not. I could not find the break on my own, so I called in the experts. Connor quickly found the broken wire. In repairing, he did not rewire it like typical house wiring, but did pigtails like in commercial construction. This problem should never come back. But if it does, repairs are much quicker and easier wired the way he did it. Experienced journeyman electricians are great to have when you need one!

Originally scheduled later in the week Central called and said they could come that day in about an hour. Josh arrived on time, courteous and professional. He told me what he was planning to do, working from a detailed checklist. After completion he detailed the inspection and presented me with a paper copy. I've had Central to my property three times over the past 5 years and they have always been very knowledgeable, efficient, and answer all of my questions. This time the technician, Trystin, in addition to quickly replacing a faulty part on my furnace also found that the appliance had been wired incorrectly when it was originally installed 20 years ago (and no, they didn't do the install.) After a few changes, all of the elements are working now and the air coming out of the registers is 15 degrees warmer. The furnace doesn't run nearly as long as it used to so the savings on my electric bill will pay for the work done by the end of winter.
The point of this story is that they don't just change parts or try to sell you unnecessary components/service....they really know how to do things right.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We are very happy with the tune-up we received on our Hvac system. A full service evaluation was completed, and a gas pressure issue was found that caused our furnace to fault at a high limit. The fault was corrected, and our furnace is now operating the way it should. Trystin and his assistant provided great customer service. We would highly recommend Central.

Made the mistake of leaving the electrician alone in my home now 2 years later looking into what was done by him im seeing he basically ripped me off charged me $1100 for 4 outlets to be installed and didn't even finish the job. We had some concrete grinding done in the basement and Josh quickly figured out it was causing the filter to get clogged quickly shutting the furnace off. Replaced the filter, recommended a duct cleaning and didn’t charge us. Stayed 45 minutes to make sure the furnace wouldn’t shut off again.

Conner did a fantastic job on fixing our 30 amp breaker so we could use our new dryer.
He went above beyond that By rejuvenating all the Wiring in both electrical boxes. Not only was the 30 amp breaker for the dryer burnt up. We also had many other loose wires which he tighten down.
We really feel much better about our electrical panels for our house now… It could’ve been a real problem.

Contacted Central about a furnace issue that also set off our smoke detectors when the furnace began startup. They were concerned, responsive and helpful and provided immediate support. Since January of this year Central HCP&E has been involved in the updating of our 60+year old home. We've had a minisplit installed and plumbing tuned up for my Mom's apartment. In June we had a new furnace installed in the house-best time to do it is when you aren't freezing. Most recently Joel Z. added additional amp service to the house, and installed an exterior outlet for our camper. He was instrumental in how some construction was done in our yard-working out the "where" and "when", and always cheery. In the next few months we'll be going after a new bathroom! My furnace didn't start the other morning and I was so thankful someone was able to come that same afternoon. They gave me a call when he was on his way and he was here promptly. He got it started after vacuuming out some of the tubes and my place warmed up quickly. It was counted as my maintenance visit so didn't cost. Great.

Josh, Denver, and Austin were very professional and knew the boiler problem inside out. They hooked the water for my cast iron tube which we can now take a bath in our own bathroom and not the other bathroom. It took a day for the boiler but we are back into hot water, no pun intended. Thanks gentlemen. They also show up for the appointment and do not cancel at the last minute as another plumber we were using. Hello, Central heating, plumbing, cooling and electrical.

These guys were GREAT!!! No time wasted, got right to the job of digging out a shut off value 3 feet down. Realized a rock was wedged in the pipe, got it out with a clothes hanger (genius) and saved me over $1,000.
In parts and labor!! Brought a cover box with them so the pipe is now well protected.
They THINK BEFORE they come and have the parts needed. Very nice, personable, let you know they are on their way. Experience counts when it comes to plumbing and heating!

Central was very helpful and prompt with service for our heater that wasn’t working. The service man was very efficient and answered a lot of questions that we had about our heater. I couldn’t be happier as I am nice and warm now that the issue is fixed!

Newest team member Richie did a phenomenal job for me wiring in the electrical for a new hot tub. He’s top notch.
It started a few weeks prior with Conner’s expert and confident analysis and bid on the first visit, closed out with Richie’s calm and professional installation even when a few curve balls came up.
I’ve used them for anything major and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I recently had a furnace, air conditioner, and smoke detectors replaced by Central. I was very pleased with the service. Starting with the office ladies, Penny and Kimberlee, scheduling the job. Adam, meeting with me and providing a bid and explaining Central's plan of action. Shawn and Justin doing the heating/ cooling installation. Joel doing the smoke detector installation. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. My questions and concerns were answered in a knowledgeable manner. I would use Central in the future and recommend them.

Joel did an awesome job! He’s very skilled in working with electrical issues and was able to figure out the problem in our home and explain what needed to be done to resolve it. Great experience. Josh was our plumber, and worked really hard to fix an issue in a spot that was difficult to access. The other options would have been a lot more invasive and hard to remodel. Very professional and got the job done quickly. Would use this service again. Everything was laid out clearly to know what to expect at every step. Grateful to have a draining tub again.
